5 Star Review Don't let its size fool you

Strengths:

Excellent graphics, great sound, perfect for small hands, lightweight

Weaknesses:

Doesn't work with my game shark or GBC titles

Posted Mar 18, 2006 - I think the Micro is a pretty cool handheld. It fits in my pocket and has a wonderful screen. You'd never know from its small size. I've owned the original GBA w/Afterburner but it doesn't compare. The graphics aren't nearly as crisp and neither is the light. I just wish they made more faceplates for it.

5 Star Review An A+++!!!

Strengths:

-Backlit screen!!! -Changeable FacePlates (how wicked cool is that??)!! -Rechargeable Battery!!! -Sleek, pocket-sized, even sexy design! -I was mesmerized the moment I saw the ad.

Weaknesses:

-Only plays GBA games, but there are so many that it is not a major drawback. -directional pad a little slippery.

I am addicted to its shiny, compact design (like the sports car of Game Boys). The lady at Wal-Mart tried to get me to buy a GameBoy SP, claiming the screen was bigger. I thought, "Duh." The GameBoy Micro Screen, in my opinion, is fine the way it is. Backlit, and shows graphics excellently. Sound quality is fine, and you can adjust screen brightness and sound.
