I have just recently purchased the PS2 and have been playing it without using the memory cards. It was not fun at all when you have to re-start the game everytime you want to play it. These cards are great! Just love them!
Strengths: Brand name "SONY" Easy installation and reliable product.
Weakness: To much money...memory should cost less. There should be twice or three times the memory on each card for the price they charge.
These are a must to play most games to full capacity. It is also equally important to have the capability to save the games if you wish. The two packs are nice...a little better on the pocketbook, but still ...TO MUCH MONEY!!

Necessity to save games, but is definitely overpriced (i guess if they can get you to pay it, why not). At least two pack is a better value.

There is no comparison with non-Sony brands. Its higher price is well worth the expense. Getting this 2-pack memory bundle is more economical in the long run. Easy plug & play features with faster load & save capability compared to other models. Would highly recommend this to all PS2 gamers.

The 2 pack Sony Memory Cards are a great buy; cheaper overall cost per card. The colored see thru plasic of the memory cards are nice, but I could care less.

I would recommend this product because it is easier to use than some of the aftermarket memory cards and you have the Sony reputation for quality.

Well, it's a must for most games, so get two and save a buck or two. Loading and saving data work reasonable well. Also, the included labels come in quite handy.

I already have one set of these memory cards and just purchased another set. Much more reliable than third party products. Faster memory than the original PS/2 cards. Buy these instead of third party they are worth the extra money with the quality and reliability of a true Sony product.

Weakness: Transparent red look kinda weird
If you own lots of games like I do and need more cards to store the saves, go for this package. These are made by Sony so you know you are getting the best quality memory cards. Don't save a few bucks on those 3rd party cards or the 2x,4x,32x compressed cards. Those cards have a much greater chance of losing data than this Sony original card.(speaking from my own experiences)

Strengths: Authentic Sony product. Cool looking.
Weakness: Price.
I paid to get the "real" thing. The cards work flawlessly with no data loss. The two-pack saves $10 and I was able to give one to each of my kids. Two different transparent colors, blue and red, means no confusion and no fighting between them!
