Always go with 1st party accessories for game cons ...
Strengths:
1st party memory card (made by the maker of the PS2), no bugs, good amount of card space (8 MB).
Weaknesses:
Some games have problems detecting the memory card thus leading to frustration. The price could be lower.
Posted Jun 7, 2002 - Always go with 1st party accessories for game consoles. Companies like MadKatz are very unpopular and unreliable. My first memory card was a MadKatz and it broke about 2 weeks later because it could no longer be detected in my PS2. With the Sony PlayStation 2 8 MB memory card, there are minimal problems, if any. Buying 1st party controllers are a must too. The controllers looks stupid and break easily. STICK WITH SONY!!!!

Posted Jun 3, 2006 - This is a name brand memory card that has worked fine as expected. Maybe not the cheapest but I bought it for the quality. Buy if quality is an issue with other cards.
