The ancient world speaks of a mortal that slayed a God. But long before his battle with Ares, Kratos sought absolution from his past sins by pledging himself as a champion to the Gods. These brutal crusades in the name of Olympus became legendary. In God of War: Chains Of Olympus, the Ghost of Sparta is ordered by the Gods to journey the underworld, after the world plunges into darkness. There he must face the most feared creatures of Greek Mythology and forced to choose between his own personal redemption and saving the ancient world from certain destruction. minimize

5 Star Review Kratos on the Handheld

Strengths:

Graphics, Sound, Boss Battles, Cutscenes

Weaknesses:

Pretty short, Some frustrating puzzles, Controls sometimes awkward

Posted Apr 26, 2008 - This is an epic game. The production value is excellent. Great graphics, solid voice acting, perfect music, and exciting cutscenes. I like the gameplay element in God of War where you press a combination of buttons or analog stick motions to finish off giant enemies and bosses. It works well here, though the analog part can sometimes be tricky. Save points are portioned really conveniently so that you can probably stop playing after 10-15 minutes. The game will not take too long to finish. It took me less than 7 hours but there are Challenges and other bonus thing see more

4 Star Review This game is worth the title "God of War."

Strengths:

It's God of War and any one of the series has yet to fail in game-play and storyline department including this one!

Weaknesses:

Repeat after me, PSP analog stick sucks! Few graphical and control glitches.

Posted Apr 6, 2008 - Ready at Dawn studio done a fabulous job bringing God of War in portable form. First, let me talk about the controls. God of War and II required you to use both of analog sticks on your DS2 controller but PSP has only one stick. So did RaD come up with a way to compensate this? I'm gonna have to say they sure did, in a good way. Be ready to get used to its control scheme, if you want to finish the game. Now, about graphic and I'll put simple. Have slim PSP and have a component cable for it? Then connect it to your TV and see for yourself. It's almost identical to see more
