The ultimate Nintendo hero is taking the ultimate step ... into space. Become Mario as he traverses a galaxy of gravities, traveling in and out of gravitational fields by blasting from planet to planet. Players experience dizzying perspective shifts as they run upside down through wild alien worlds that need to be seen to be believed. Controlling Mario is as simple as can be with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Players move Mario with the Control Stick and shake the Wii Remote to perform a spin move or cue stars that launch him to and from planetary objects. Players can even point at bits of stardust to collect them or latch onto stars to blaze a magnetic trail through the heavens. minimize

Posted Nov 28, 2007 - You played Super Mario 64. Meet the game that (arguably) takes the crown as best 3D platforming game of all time. If you have a Wii, don't hesitate to purchase this game. The planet hopping is new and exciting, and just when you think the game *might* get repetitive, they throw new features at you. It really is one of the greatest games of this time.

Not high def, a little gimmicky... I'm reaching for something negative to say!
Posted Nov 28, 2007 - After 10 grueling years, we finally have a true sequel for Mario 64. To say that this game is a blast to play is an understatement. The Wii controls work very nicely, and its a lot of fun to control Mario through his quest to find the stars. This is the reason you bought your Nintendo Wii.
