Description
Experience the thrill of high-speed racing with the latest next-generation racing game from Ubisoft. Put yourself in the driver's seat with the included steering wheel and see how well you can handle the rush!
Quick Glance
Release Date: 2006-11-14
Strengths: Steering wheel included, 80+ licensed cars, budget price, 10 road courses, 36 events, multiplayer support
Weakness: Loose controls, lackluster graphics/audio, no force feedback, generic tracks, no damage modeling, limited tuning options
As a Wii launch title, GT Pro Series did a decent job of providing a unique racing experience using the Wii remote and the included steering wheel peripheral. Unfortunately, the high price and generic tracks gave it a poor return on value for the money. At a more reasonable $10-$20 today, GT Pro Series can provide a fun introduction to racing on the Wii. Like many other racing games, GT Pro...
Strengths: This game is fun to play
Weakness: NONE
I find the Wii GT Pro series is fun drive. But this game is definitely lacks graphics capability. And the text is so small that you can barely read. Wii Controls are good enough. And the best part is the wheel attachment makes driving with the Wiimote easier and feel more like driving.
Strengths: Steering wheel, Price, options
Weakness: Graphics, car control abality
The game is lacking in the graphics arena. They remind me of Nintendo 64 racing games... They have added some great (if you want them) features. Like the ability to later tune your cars options. Choice of racing or drifting tires. Some unlockable cars. The steering wheel is great, it is a nice heavy duty plastic one. There are day and night driving options. I'd say it is not a bad game for the...
Strengths: Price, Comes with steering wheel
Weakness: Graphics, cars are hard to control
For those of you old enough to remember - think Pole Position. Of course there are a lot more options and variations. You can drive anything from a Subaru Impreza to a Honda Odyssey (plus more that I have yet to unlock). The cars are easier to control if you use the navigation pad - but that takes away from the Wii experience. While this game may not be for the hardcore gamer, it is still quite...
Strengths: Nice Steering wheel
Weakness: Overall game is weak (including graphics)
GT Pro Series with Wheel (for the Nintendo Wii) - Well, I have to admit, the main reason for me purchasing this game was because it included the steering wheel and I planned on getting a few other Wii car and/or truck type driving games so I figured that it would come in handy. That being said, I guess I shouldn't complain - since it did include the steering wheel. But the game itself leaves a...

DON'T BUY THIS GAME
Strengths: None
Weakness: Very bad graphics, bad game play, horrible game
I hated this game, NO ONE SHOULD BUY THIS GAME. It is a big load of crap. The game is hard, the cars are ugly and slow, if you want a Wii racing, take Excite Truck or Carbon but please for the love of God, don't buy this game.
