Strengths: Nice Graphic. Many characters
Weakness: Too many unlockables. Horrible XBOX Live experience
If you liked PS2 Rumble Roses, you'll definitely love this title. To sum up, I will list pros and cons. Pros: Beautiful graphic and roses (Not so good as DOA4, though) Many modes to play. Tag match! Photo mode Cons: So many unlockables as to make players bored rather than excited. Horrible XBOX Live Match. No Japanese voice in US version. (This is really bad, considering many famous voice...
Strengths: Busty girls wearing tiny outfits, OK gameplay
Weakness: Seems kind of shallow and weird to play
Rumble Roses is no Smackdown beater for sure, but it does provide a decent game engine and many punishing moves to execute. Parents probably don't want the kiddoes playing this, but its a guilty pleasure for adults. Not for everybody, so give it a rent first.
Strengths: Good eye-candy game, but wrestling good
Weakness: online capability is very bad and too much achievements
This game is the improved sequel from the PS2. It has better graphics and more options and custom wrestling outfit for the girls. The game modes includes photo shots and mud wrestling and costumes modeling for each characters. This game is great but the achievements are hard to obtain. The only bad thing of this game is the Live features which are sloppy. This game is good if you are fan of the...
Strengths: Graphics are pretty good; tons of costumes; simple controls
Weakness: Lack of depth and story; repetitive gameplay
The original Rumble Roses for PS2 introduced the world to skimpy female wrestling. It was a mediocre game beyond the flashy flesh, and Rumble Roses XX serves as a graphical update from the original game. That's not to say there aren't anything new - there's XBox Live compatibility if you're up to playing online and wouldn't mind if other people know you actually bought the game. Owning the game...
Strengths: Good Graphics
Weakness: Bad movements, long loading times
This is just a run of the mill wrestling game. Nothing too new or different here. The main draw is the Female wrestlers. They are put together right, but they can not save this game from being just average.
Strengths: New "superstar" character versions, enhanced graphics, online support
Weakness: Mostly recycled from old PS2 version, shallow game play, missing story/mud modes, confusing campaign mode
The original PS2 release of Rumble Roses was met with critical and public skepticism a few years ago. Apparently, combining a simplified wrestling engine with scantily-clad polygon women wasn't enough to make this title a best-seller. However, publisher Konami wouldn't let this deter them from bringing the series to the next hardware generation with a mildly massaged port for the Xbox 360....
Strengths: Variety of characters, Satisfying finish moves
Weakness: Involves button mashing, Unlockables take forever
I came into this game expecting very little but was actually surprised that it's not all about eye candy & chicks stuff. There is a nice wrestling game here which feels better & better as you spend time with it. Some of the moves feel pretty good but lot of times you will end up mashing the buttons. Still the variety in characters keeps off the dullness. Story mode would have been nice & would...
Strengths: Graphics, controls, long story mode
Weakness: Voice acting, way too long to get achievements, repetative play
This game is great for about $10. Not worth the original $60 that it started at. For $10, it has extremely long playtime and is quite fun. DOA is much better, but the controls are actually quite tight for a button masher. Lots of gratuitous costumes and actions don't make up for how shallow this game really is.
Strengths: It's a fun game once you fully understand what you are doing. The wrestling is fun, the characters are interesting and the visuals are.. well, awesome!
Weakness: It takes a long LONG LONG time to unlock EVERYTHING. 100+ hours easily. The controls are hard to get use to, but it's easy when you get it.
For $20, it's a good game. There isn't a story mode in there, just wrestling. You eventually get a title shot, and that's pretty much it. It would of been much better had there been a season mode, or different match types AND modes. But for what it is, it's a fun game. If you love to unlock stuff, this game is right up your alley. With 100+ hours (honestly..) this game will provide you with...

Two years ago, Konami released its first and outrageous wrestling game featuring a host of ladies that look like they stepped out of a strip club and decided to wrestle for a championship title. Rumble Roses for the PS2 was actually a solid wrestling game that suffered a few glitches here and there but was competent enough to warrant a second release on the new Xbox 360. Rumble Roses XX is a...

You probably already know if this game is for you or...
Strengths: Good graphics, gets all the eye-candy right
Weakness: Models sometimes too shiny/plastic-looking, game isn't very good as a straight wrestling game, load times seemed long, PS2 version probably better overall
Ah, Rumble Roses. The game that you either flock to or it greatly offends you. Don't confuse this with a [ahem] serious wrestling game. This is all about eye candy and the girls. As such, the quality of the wrestling itself takes a bit of a back seat to the graphics. The graphics are quite good, but definitely over the top. The character models are a bit plastic looking. The wrestling itself is a...
