Strengths:Improved graphics, well implemented dual weilding, great same gameplay, additional vehicles, true multiplayer, vehicle jacking, co-op mode is still great to play, continuation of a good story.
Weaknesses:Still suffers from repetitive level syndrome, no more than 2 player co-op or system or online co-op, Campaign mode is kind of short, texture pop-in delay is noticeable, Dissapointing ending
Posted Apr 6, 2006 - Seeing as how there are so many non-reviews on here I thought i'd write an actual review (from somone who owns all 3 consoles and has no console bias whatsoever) instead of all the useless stuff from fanboys and haters.
Well it's been quite awhile since Halo 1 which I played for countless hours (always in co-op) with a friend. Sometimes we'd be attacking covenant forces and sometimes we'd be killing each other endlessly for fun. The good news is Halo 2 retains all of the greatness from the first and essentially adds more.
